  • We may request photos of the issue for verification.
  • You’ll receive either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items or items with normal wear and tear
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect functionality
