Thank you for supporting Nomad GearWorks. Here is how we get your gear to you.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Everything we sell is 3D printed and assembled in small batches, so occasionally an item takes an extra day. If anything is going to be delayed, we will let you know.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

📮 United States

  • Free shipping on orders over $65.
  • Economy and Standard options are available at checkout, with rates based on package weight.
  • Live USPS and UPS rates are also offered if you would like a faster or specific service.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.

🌍 International

Yes, we ship internationally. We currently deliver to more than 25 countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, and several markets in Asia and the Middle East.

  • International orders ship via DHL Express or FedEx International Connect Plus, selectable at checkout.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. That means the price you pay is the price you pay. No surprise bill from the carrier when your package arrives.
  • Prices are shown in your local currency where supported.
  • Transit times vary by destination and service, and are shown at checkout.

The fastest way to confirm we ship to you is to add an item to your cart and enter your address at checkout. Our shipping map is the definitive answer, and it is kept current.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not able to reroute a package once a label has been created, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

🚨 Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or customs processing. If your package appears stuck, contact us and we will help chase it down.

🧭 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, or marked delivered but never arrived, reach out. We will help you contact the carrier and file a claim where one applies. We are a small operation and we would rather solve the problem than argue about it.
