Welcome to Nomad GearWorks. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from our store or using our products. By placing an order, you agree to them.

⚠️ Assumption of Risk

Our products are accessories used alongside diesel heaters, tents, ducting, antennas, masts, and other equipment we do not manufacture. Using them involves inherent risks, including fire, burns, carbon monoxide exposure, structural failure, and damage to your tent, heater, or other gear.

• You are solely responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for your setup.
• You are solely responsible for correct installation and safe operation.
• Installing NomadPort permanently modifies your tent. Bonding, cutting, or otherwise altering tent fabric is done entirely at your own risk, and we are not responsible for damage to the tent or to any other property.
• Always follow your heater manufacturer's instructions, keep heater exhaust outside and away from fabric, maintain proper ventilation, and use a working carbon monoxide detector any time a heater is operated in or near an enclosed space.

By purchasing, you knowingly and voluntarily accept these risks.

🔧 Product Use & Responsibility

Our products are passthrough, adapter, and mounting accessories. They are not heaters, not combustion or exhaust components, and not certified or listed safety devices. They have not been tested or approved by UL, CSA, or any other certifying body, and they do not make any heater safe to operate in or near an enclosed space.

Products are intended for adult use. Installation and operation require adult supervision.

Each product is sold for the specific compatible equipment described on its product page. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any heater, tent, antenna, or mast manufacturer referenced on this site, and we make no representation that any third-party product is safe for your use.

📄 Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, all products are provided "as is" and "as available." Nomad GearWorks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No advice or information, whether written or verbal, creates any warranty not expressly stated here.

Our parts are 3D printed in small batches. Minor layer lines and surface variation are normal characteristics of the process and are not defects.

🚫 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad GearWorks and its owners are not liable for any injury, death, fire, carbon monoxide exposure, or property damage arising from the purchase, installation, use, or misuse of our products, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

🤝 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nomad GearWorks and its owners from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use or misuse of our products or your violation of these terms.

📦 Orders & Payments

• We accept secure payment through our Shopify store.
• Orders are processed and shipped promptly, and tracking is provided when available.
• Returns and replacements are handled under our Refund Policy.

🔒 Intellectual Property

All product designs, branding, and content on this site are the property of Nomad GearWorks.

⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or products implies acceptance of the most recent terms.
